I just thought of all this randomly, but all these things like Google Buzz, Google Wave, Google Chrome OS,Geotagging of Buzzes from phones, Android and Nexus One seem to be dots in the same space and it would not be difficult to join them. Lissn – Twitter and Google Wave loosely combined and simplified
