    I must point out that even if your case has a spot for a larger cooler, such as mine. It doesn't mean it will fit. The X52 and 62 will only fit if you have a full tower case. I found out the hard way. I now have a X52 that I can't use, unless I change cases. The only other thing one can do is mount the radiator on the outside of the case.

    which version of CAM are you running and did you have any conflicts/problems with it? I'm waiting on my am4 bracket before I retire my 4770k for that R7 1700x. Little paranoid looking at the myriad posts re:CAM issues.

    Before buying the NZXT Kraken X52 or X62 better check out the CAM Support Forum first. The AiO might be good, but the CAM Software and the Drivers are really bad and cause alot of problems for hundreds of People.

    How are there not more people having RAM clearance issues with this cooler? I love this cooler but it sucks that I had to turn it 90 degrees since the pump tubing was protruding the first "ALittleDIMM" slot. The cable management in this orientation isn't terrible but the wires sticking out kind of make my OCD come out…I have the EVGA Z270 Classified K and Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR with the light bar. Just a PSA that this cooler has RAM clearance issues on a lot of boards and if you are running 4 RAM sticks this will be an issue. If you only run 1, 2 or even 3 RAM sticks this will not cause any issues.

    does yours have a loose backplate? it seems if you press on the backplate it will nearly cause the cooler to come off the chip

    whats with the pump noise (that rhythmic click) on this thing? it almost feels like the pump is dead sometimes…your pump is even quieter then mine…having temps at 30+ idle tingles my ocd

    Some people are lucky enough to get some beautiful NZXT Kraken, while I am stuck with my noisy Arctic freezer 360 ;^;

    I'm on my 3rd X62 Kraken, the pumps fail. The software is 'intermittent' too.
    NZXT are utter shit, buy an EVO212.

    Clean review. Oh yeah, did you have mounting issues in the Evolv? I heard that the x62 doesnt fit with the mounting holes

    I have noticed that on some motherboards this pumps pipes tend to cover one ram slot, if you turn the logo off and have a well lite room in daylight can you still see the outline for the led logo?
    (Just wondering if I was to flip the pump the other way around)

    In a PHANTEKS Evolv Shift with a Ryzen 5 1600 would you recommend the NZXT Kraken 52? Or should I go for a Rayzen 7 1700 with the stock Wraith Cooler?

    I recently built an i7-7700 computer. Currently using the stock intel fan. Is it worth it to get this cooler? Do you recommend it?

    FYI
    My computer is currently super silent and temps are between 35-73c

    The Kraken WaterCooler is compatible with the Aura Sync from Asus, you can connect it directly on the motherboard for it to synchronize the led

    Can anybody tell me if the kraken still has the pump failure? I was told it was usually be aise their cam software was bad and would cause the pump not to pump. Have they fixed it? I haven't seen anyone complaining about their pump stopping within the last 6 months while looking online.
